I offer birth preparation services that will help you understand how you can work with your body to achieve a calm and peaceful birth, and I offer services specifically tailored to postnatal care, where I will be by your side as you begin this transition into motherhood with your new baby. I provide support in the form of nourishing home-cooked meals, breastfeeding assistance, practical and emotional care.
